Your input needed: New CCDC documents!
Your voice matters at the Canadian Construction Association. CCA is looking for feedback from our membership on two new drafts from the Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) – the backbone of industry standards in contract processes.
The documents are:
- Updated CCDC 30 ‘Integrated Project Delivery Contract’: This exciting document has undergone an overhaul to better suit the integrated project delivery method and drive best practice.
- New Guide to the CCDC 30: A comprehensive guide tailored to empower the IPD parties in understanding and leveraging the intricacies of the unique CCDC 30 contract.
By providing your insights, you are contributing to the creation of a framework that fosters collaboration, efficiency, and success in construction projects nationwide.
Any interested CCA members can contact Zachary Mullins for copies of the drafts to review. We ask that all feedback be provided to Zachary no later than August 8, 2024.
