Webinar on CCDC 29
Pre-qualification is an integral part of the procurement process in construction. Understanding the purpose and application of pre-qualification is crucial for all parties involved, whether procuring or providing services and products. Join us on May 12 for an English presentation or on May 19 for a French presentation on CCDC 29 – 2016: A Guide to Pre-Qualification.
CCDC’s chair, Mark Mulholland, will walk you through the entire pre-qualification process, explaining both its purpose and application, while recommending best practices to ensure contractors and service providers are qualified for projects through an open, fair, and transparent process. Important issues discussed will be the type of information required in RFQs, the evaluation and selection process, debriefing, and a review of ‘lessons learned’. Participants will also see examples of advertisements, invitation letters, and evaluation forms. Gain confidence meeting schedules, costs, and quality expectations on your next project by attending this valuable webinar!
Webinar on CCDC 11
CCDC 11 is an industry standard form that is often used for pre-qualifying general contractors and trade contractors. It can be used either in part or as a sole document requested in the RFQ. Join us on June 9 for an English presentation or June 22 for a French presentation on CCDC 11 – 2019: Contractor’s Qualification Statement. CCDC members will discuss its use, examples of common supplementary information, and when a procurement authority may wish to create its own form. The webinar will explain everything there is to know about CCDC 11, including the two new sections on insurance references, health, and safety. Whether you are preparing or receiving the CCDC 11, you won’t want to miss this informative webinar.
