Former NHL player Jordin Tootoo set to open the 2022 CCA Annual Conference
The puck drops on CCA’s Annual Conference with Jordin Tootoo, retired NHL player turned community leader and mental health advocate, sharing his insights on leadership and creating a culture of exceptional teamwork.
A 13-year veteran and first Inuk player to be drafted by the league, Tootoo now commits himself to the communities he knows and loves. Bringing a message of inspired inclusivity, Tootoo speaks to the need for real teamwork—at work and in our social communities.
In an exciting talk based on his years on and off the ice, conference-goers will be inspired by a moving and timely discussion of grit and resilience, goal-setting, overcoming adversity in the pursuit of excellence, and how life can be improved through meaningful stewardship.
