CCA National Awards – Nominations close December 3
The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) invites the innovators and leaders, the community-minded and committed individuals, member firms and partner associations that make up our national association to complete their submissions for the 2021 CCA National Awards before December 3, 2021.
This year, CCA has made some changes and additions to its awards program.
NEW! CCA Young Leader Award. This award recognizes individuals 40 and under whose career employment is in the Canadian construction industry and whose company is a CCA member firm. The CCA Young Leader demonstrates continuous growth and improvement through education and innovation, while garnering the respect of peers and participating in the development of the construction industry though active support and/or membership in construction association(s) including participation in an association’s Young Leaders Group.
UPDATED! CCA’s Gold Seal Award has changed to recognize a CCA member firms’ commitment to excellence in construction management. Criteria include the support and promotion of their employees’ success in achieving Gold Seal certification, and its incorporation of the Gold Seal program into its business practices, such as the percentage of Gold Seal-certified employees and those undergoing certification (out of eligible employees), Gold Seal projects, Gold Seal as an HR strategy, examples of special Gold Seal activities such as marketing Gold Seal in internal/external publications, and working with CCA partner construction associations on Gold Seal initiatives or committees.
