CCA and WomanACT join forces to tackle harassment through complimentary micro lessons
The Canadian Construction Association (CCA) has partnered with WomanACT and the Society for Canadian Women in Science & Technology (SCWIST) to foster a safe and harassment-free workplace. This partnership, funded by the Department of Justice, provides a micro lesson training series that aims to reshape workplace cultures and directly confront harassment in workplaces, with the goal of reducing stress, enhancing productivity, and retaining women.
Changing perspectives through micro lessons
The series of micro lessons is being offered at no cost through CCA’s integrated partner associations, demonstrating our collective effort to workplace respect and inclusivity.
The on-demand, self-paced micro lessons consist of six short modules offered in English and French, from core concepts and principles to building accountable workplace cultures.
