We seek mentors who:

Mentors will be chosen based on their interest and suitability with the mentee’s service or product.

  • Are currently employed in a Canadian construction company;
  • Have over five years of relevant industry experience;
  • Hold a senior leadership position (senior manager or above);
  • Possess exceptional listening and sharing skills; and
  • Can provide strategic insights and recognize future trends.
