We seek mentors who:
Mentors will be chosen based on their interest and suitability with the mentee’s service or product.
- Are currently employed in a Canadian construction company;
- Have over five years of relevant industry experience;
- Hold a senior leadership position (senior manager or above);
- Possess exceptional listening and sharing skills; and
- Can provide strategic insights and recognize future trends.
