The Canadian Construction Documents Committee (CCDC) is set to answer all your questions about its most popular standard construction documents in a new webinar series, CCDC Document Webinars.

The series will kick-off on October 21 with CCDC secretary, Mary Ghobrial, covering the purpose and use of CCDC 9, the Statutory Declaration of Progress Payment Distribution. Topics covered will include the legal implications of a statutory declaration, how and when to properly submit one, who is qualified to sign as a declarant or witness, and the exceptions for the declaration (informed holdback and deferred amounts).
