The session aims to reduce instances of workplace disrespect and harassment by giving employees the tools they need to disrupt those perpetrating it. The session will equip you with tools to be an effective bystander when witnessing workplace disrespect or harassment by using Hollaback’s proven five Ds of bystander intervention methodology: distract, delegate, document, delay, and direct.
