The Canadian Construction Association’s (CCA) 2025 Annual Conference will take place March 11-14 in Quebec City.

We’ll also celebrate our member’s achievements through our National Awards program. You can nominate deserving candidates in nine categories here.
CCA’s Annual General Meeting and National Advisory Council (NAC) meetings will take place on March 10 at the same venue. Separate registration for these events is required.

- Choose additional options. The registration form will include additional options, such as guest registration for your companion and/or children as well as activity day participation.
- Review and confirm. Review all the information you have entered before you submit. Make sure the total fees are correct. Review the cancellation and refund policy.
- Make payment: Follow the instructions in the payment section to complete your registration payment.
- Receive confirmation. After you have submitted your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email. This serves as proof of your registration for the conference. It will also include details on how to book your hotel room at the Château Frontenac within the CCA block at a special rate. Save this confirmation for your records.

Cancellation policy
Prior to February 1, 2025: Cancellations received before February 1, 2025 will be eligible for a refund of the registration amount, less a $250 CDN administrative charge.
On or after February 1, 2025: No refunds will be permitted if you cancel on or after February 1, 2025. The registration amounts will be non-refundable.
Transfers of registration policy
Prior to March 1, 2025: Transfer of registration to another individual will be accepted at no additional cost until March 1, 2025. Please contact us with the details of the person who will be taking over the registration.
On or after March 1, 2025: For changes to registrations made after March 1, 2025, please contact us directly to discuss the transfer process and any associated fees or requirements.
Please note:
- All cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected].
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 30 business days after receiving a valid cancellation request.
- Any bank charges or fees associated with the refund will be borne by the registrant.
- Transfer requests are subject to availability and our approval. Additional fees may be assessed.
REMINDER: Please be sure to cancel your hotel room and any transportation or tours you have arranged with local providers. Please be aware that if you receive a phone call or email inviting you to reserve a hotel room from a company other than CCA, these third parties are not affiliated with CCA in any way. We cannot guarantee that the rooms and rates they are offering are legitimate and we discourage our members from providing any personal information, such as credit card numbers, with these companies.
